Software for yoga studios

Your studio, without chasing bookings over WhatsApp.

Real capacity, a waitlist that reassigns itself, and every student’s health record in the teacher’s hand before they walk into the room.

The app, in your language. This is the real screen, not a photo.

Booking without chasing anyone

Students open the schedule and see real spots, not a list somebody updates by hand.

  1. 1Spots to the second. The count lives in the database with row locking: two people cannot take the last spot even if they tap at the same instant.
  2. 2Class full, waitlist. A spot frees up and the first in line gets a 15-minute offer; if they do not answer, it moves on.
  3. 3Cancelling takes two taps, with a warning if your cancellation window has already passed.

The teacher walks in already knowing

What until now lived in the teacher’s head or in a notebook.

  1. 1Attendance from the phone, standing up with people walking in. It marks instantly, without waiting for the server.
  2. 2Pregnancy and weeks, hypertension, active injury with the area and the note. And who does not accept hands-on adjustments.
  3. 3A warning about anyone arriving without a signed waiver, before they set foot in the room.

The studio runs from one screen

You open the panel in the morning and know what happens today.

  1. 1Today's classes with who is coming and who already arrived, and a flag on the ones with nobody enrolled.
  2. 2Billing, plans and memberships. Anyone booking without a plan generates their charge on their own.
  3. 3Workshops and retreats with separate registration, which is where the income that is not membership comes from.

And for the person practising

The part that makes someone come back next week.

  1. 1Minutes on the mat, sessions and streak. No calories, no weight: a rest day does not break it.
  2. 2Their classes show up in Google or Apple Calendar. They cancel and the event disappears on its own.
  3. 3Guided breathing for the days with no class.

Breathing

Four equal counts. Good for bringing yourself down a gear.

The waiver, by the studio’s country

A studio in Guadalajara and one in Chula Vista do not sign the same document, and that is not a wording detail: it is which law applies.

It installs like an app

No stores, no 80 MB downloads and no waiting for anyone to approve an update.

  • It sits on the home screen with the studio’s name and colour, not ours.
  • Opens full screen, without the browser bar.
  • What you already saw stays available with no signal.

Open the browser menu and choose "Install app".

Your students install yours from their subdomain, with its own icon.

Every studio, its own space

Your studio gets its own subdomain, with its name, its colour, its schedule and its cancellation policies. To your students it is your site, not a folder inside someone else’s.

tu-estudio.pranayoga.app

Your studio can be running in ten minutes.

Pick your subdomain, load your schedule and invite your teachers. Thirty-day trial, no card.
